Return & Refund Policy – Online Store Only

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders placed through our website. Purchases made in person or through any other sales channel (if applicable) may be subject to different return terms.

We do not accept in-store returns or exchanges for items ordered online. All online returns must be processed by mail as outlined below.


Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers

Vetu will accept returns of unworn clothing items with:

  • Original tags attached

  • Clear garment packaging with SKU label

  • No signs of wear, washing, alterations, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or damage

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    (Day 1 begins when tracking shows delivered status.)

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.

  • For split-package orders, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.


Shipping & Processing

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your return to process it.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Categories

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Intimates / Lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Open pack wholesale orders


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be securely packaged and shipped back within 7 days of approval.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including original and return shipping.
