  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

  • Local pickup is available free at our Vero Beach store per the Shipping Policy.

  • We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission (except for personal, non-commercial use like sharing product links).

  • If you submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it.
  • You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and is not unlawful or offensive. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
