Thank you for shopping with Vetu! We’re excited to get your new favorites to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships or is ready for pickup.


Shipping Details (Continental U.S. Only)

  • We ship within the continental United States only

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

  • Orders under $50 will see shipping rates calculated at checkout

  • Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Pickup Hours:
Mon–Sat: 11 AM – 6 PM
Sun: 12 PM – 5 PM

Orders must be picked up within 7 days or may be canceled and refunded (minus applicable fees).


Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
If items ship separately, tracking will be provided for each package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first.
